Asra Paints is appointing dealers across India. We manufacture everything ourselves at our works in Sahibabad — you buy from the maker, not from a chain of intermediaries, and that is what makes the margin work.
Who we appoint
We would rather be straight about this than waste your time on a call. You are a good fit if most of the following are true.
- You already trade in paint or hardware. An existing counter with existing footfall, not a standing start.
- You have somewhere to keep stock. Dry, secure storage — paint held badly is paint sold badly.
- You can be anywhere in India. We are actively expanding and open territories in every state.
- You sell to painters and contractors, not only walk-ins. Trade relationships are what move volume.
- You want an exclusive territory and are willing to work it properly.
What you get
Direct-from-works pricing
No distributor layer between the mixer and your counter. Margins are structured on volume slabs and agreed when we appoint you.
Territory protection
We do not stack dealers on top of each other. Your area is discussed and agreed before anything is signed.
Published product data
Coverage rates, dilution ratios, drying times and coating systems for every product are published in full, so your counter can answer a painter’s question without calling us.

Batch traceability
Every batch is stamped and every bucket carries its own directions for use on the back label. Any complaint can be traced to the batch it came from.
How appointment works
Five steps. Most dealerships are agreed within two to three weeks of the first call.
- You enquire. Tell us your district, what you currently stock and roughly what you move in a month. Two minutes on WhatsApp.
- We call you. A real conversation about your area, your trade and whether it makes sense for both sides.
- We send samples. Judge the product on your own wall before committing to anything.
- We check the territory. We confirm nobody else is already appointed in your area.
- We agree terms. Margin structure, opening order, credit and delivery — set for your territory and your volume, not off a template.
On pricing: we do not publish a single margin figure, because it genuinely varies by territory, product mix and volume — and a number that is wrong for your area helps neither of us. What we will do is give you the real numbers on the first call rather than three meetings in.
